The Moonbeam Merrymakers invite you to a festive Mardi Gras lunch at the Crystal Dining Room on Saturday, March 1st, from 12 PM to 1:30 PM. Sip on our signature Hurricanes and enjoy the sounds of New Orleans with the Crescent City Combo bringing lively, soulful music to the celebration.

Enjoy a festive menu featuring:

• Blackened Catfish with Cajun Shrimp Beurre Blanc Sauce
• Boudin
• Maque Choux
• Cajun Baked Okra

At 1:30 PM, we’ll second line down to the parade route right below the hotel, where our parade float will be waiting. Strap on your walking shoes and get ready to parade behind Crescent City Combo as we take the celebration to the streets!
